Course: Corporate Governance and Family Business Experiences
We invite you to the Corporate Governance Experiences Course, organized by Shared Management, ICG Colombia.
It will take place in the city of Medellín and will be aimed at all companies that need to formalize their corporate governance policies.
Learn practical models and references for business success based on experience and examples from other companies.
Delve deeper into the study of the basic elements of corporate governance, with an emphasis on family businesses, identifying their principles. Likewise, an open space will be created to work on topics from an academic, practical and experiential perspective, so that participants acquire the necessary skills for their professional practice and raise awareness about the importance of corporate governance in family and non-family businesses.
