BC&MC provides the necessary tools and consultation services for every stage of real estate project development: land lot formation, purchase and subdivision; studies of property titles; corporate aspects of the formation of partnerships or consortia for their development; tax structure design as appropriate for each project; municipal and ministerial permits, and those required by other governing bodies; project financing; design of operating schemes and those of co-ownership; and specific regulatory analysis and advice including urban planning. In general, we offer assistance throughout the entire process of project commercialization.

We also help with the drafting, negotiation and closing of rental contracts and buying or selling of real estate.
